Support includes reviewing the refusal decision, identifying the grounds for appeal, gathering evidence, and preparing your parental views and appeal paperwork. 

Guidance on timescales and next steps is also included.

Please note: This service covers appeal preparation only. Virtual attendance at mediation or tribunal-related meetings is optional and charged separately at £50 per hour.
