Support to help you prepare for EHCP mediation and feel confident putting your concerns across. 

This service is designed to help you understand the decision being challenged and organise your thoughts so you can explain your child’s needs clearly during mediation.

You’ll receive support reviewing the refusal or decision, identifying the key points to raise, preparing your parent views or written statement, and understanding what to expect during the mediation process. 

Guidance on next steps following mediation is also included.

Optional: Virtual attendance at the mediation session is available as an add-on and charged separately at £50 per hour.
